The Heart of a King is a beautifully illustrated storybook. It's a classic story of a dragon that lays siege on a small kingdom, causing the people to cower in fear. The only person brave enough to fight the dragon is the aging king. Though he is afraid, the king puts on his armor and rides off into the dark forest to slay the beast. All to save his family and all the families of his kingdom. He also discovers:

About the Author/Illustrator
Dyker Brown has been illustrating since he was old enough to hold a crayon. Becoming a Father of three he was nightly called upon to tell a story or recite a poem. This gave the birth to the creation of The Heart of the King which, of course, he had to illustrate. The result is a whimsically but richly illustrated kid-tested classic storybook.
Dyker owns and runs a successful consulting company. He says he is an above average Dad, but slightly below average singer/songwriter.
